  • De dagelijkse aansturing van de uitvoeringsteams vanaf de uitvalsbasis, waarbij je door een vroege opstart (06:30u) zorgt dat elke werf efficiënt en met de juiste instructies uit de startblokken schiet.
  • Het nauwgezet bewaken van de planning en de voortgang van diverse projecten doorheen Vlaanderen, zodat deadlines niet alleen gehaald maar ook kwalitatief opgeleverd worden.
  • De coördinatie van gespecialiseerde onderaannemers, waarbij je proactief schakelt om de continuïteit op de werven te waarborgen, zelfs bij de meest complexe uitdagingen.
  • Een intensieve samenwerking met de interne afdelingen aankoop en calculatie om projectresultaten te optimaliseren en de workflow continu te verbeteren.
  • De rol van centraal aanspreekpunt voor zowel overheden als particulieren, waarbij je door transparante communicatie een vertrouwensband opbouwt over de status van de werken.
  • Logistieke ondersteuning van je ploegen door zelf beplanting op te halen bij vaste leveranciers, wat de autonomie en snelheid van werken op de werf direct ten goede komt.

Profiel

  • Een stevige basis door hogere studies in bouw of groenmanagement, of je hebt dit niveau bereikt door relevante jaren in de sector.
  • Ervaring met AutoCAD is een sterke troef, evenals de bereidheid om je vast te bijten in moderne technieken zoals GPS-metingen of het werken met een totaalstation.
  • Collega's omschrijven jou als een natuurlijke trekker met de nodige maturiteit om teams op een kordate maar motiverende manier te leiden naar het beste resultaat.
  • Je beschikt over een representatieve uitstraling en een vlotte babbel, waardoor je moeiteloos schakelt tussen een werfoverleg en een gesprek met een veeleisende klant.
