Introductie Je stuurt onderhouds- en verduurzamingsprojecten aan voor seniorenwoningen in de regio Rotterdam. Je werkt zelfstandig binnen een vastgoed- en onderhoudsteam en begeleidt projecten van start tot oplevering. Organisatie Je gaat aan de slag bij een woningcorporatie in de regio Rotterdam die zich volledig richt op huisvesting voor ouderen. De organisatie beheert circa 7.500 woningen en combineert wonen en zorg, met veel aandacht voor levensloopbestendigheid, veiligheid en comfort. De cultuur is modern en maatschappelijk betrokken, met nadruk op samenwerking en innovatie. - Focus op betaalbare, veilige en comfortabele seniorenwoningen met integratie van zorg en wonen - Portefeuille van circa 7.500 woningen in de regio Rotterdam, in samenwerking met gemeenten en zorgpartners - Gebruik van domotica en elektronische woon- en zorgdiensten om bewoners langer zelfstandig te laten wonen - Innovatieve projecten op het gebied van verduurzaming, energiezuinige installaties en duurzame renovatie - Team Vastgoed & Onderhoud met korte lijnen, waar kennisdeling en procesverbetering belangrijk zijn Functie Als projectleider planmatig onderhoud ben je verantwoordelijk voor de voorbereiding en realisatie van onderhouds- en verbeterprojecten aan een grote portefeuille seniorenwoningen in de regio Rotterdam.
