Als Projectleider bij RB Plus Groep ben jij voor Van der Aa verantwoordelijk voor uitdagende bouwkundige brandpreventieprojecten door heel Nederland. Met jouw leiderschap zorg je ervoor dat brandwerende applicaties veilig en binnen de planning en het budget worden uitgevoerd. Zo draag je direct bij aan het voorkomen dat een kleine brand uitgroeit tot een grote ramp.

Je krijgt veel vrijheid, verantwoordelijkheid en vertrouwen en werkt samen met de grootste aannemers en opdrachtgevers aan projecten. Van der Aa is betrokken bij aansprekende projecten zoals het Binnenhof in Den Haag, de A-pier op Schiphol, de Rechtbank Amsterdam (NACH), het hoofdkantoor van ABN AMRO en De Knoop in Utrecht.

In deze rol draag je bij aan sterke projectresultaten, tevreden opdrachtgevers, langdurige klantrelaties en de verdere groei van RB Plus Groep.

Wat ga jij doen als Projectleider bij RB Plus Groep?

Als Projectleider start je projecten op en realiseer je ze succesvol van A tot Z. Je bewaakt de planning, voortgang, kwaliteit en het budget van jouw projecten en stuurt bij waar nodig. Samen met opdrachtgevers stem je meer- en minderwerk af en zorg je voor duidelijke afspraken. Monteurs, voormannen en onderaannemers stuur je aan en coach je tijdens de uitvoering, zodat zij optimaal kunnen presteren. Door werkoverleggen te organiseren zorg je voor een goede samenwerking tussen alle betrokken partijen. Je ziet toe op een veilige en kwalitatieve uitvoering van de werkzaamheden. Met opdrachtgevers, uitvoerders en bouwpartners onderhoud je actief contact gedurende het project en draag je bij aan klanttevredenheid en vervolgopdrachten. Risico's signaleer je tijdig en je neemt passende maatregelen om projecten succesvol te laten verlopen. Je werkt intensief samen met Commercieel Technisch Adviseurs en Werkvoorbereiders om projecten optimaal uit te voeren.
