Als projectleider renovatie draag je de verantwoordelijkheid voor een aantal bouwprojecten, waarbij je zorgt voor een vlotte coördinatie en opvolging. Jouw taken bestaan uit:

  • Het organiseren en voorbereiden van alle bouwprojecten, inclusief het analyseren van plannen en documenten, en het overleggen met de klant om aan de verwachtingen te voldoen.
  • Aanvragen en vergelijken van offertes van onderaannemers en leveranciers, waarbij je op zoek gaat naar oplossingen voor eventuele uitdagingen.
  • Beheer van de planning, het voorraadbeheer en de administratieve opvolging van het project, inclusief budgetcontrole.
  • Je stuurt de teams en onderaannemers aan en zorgt voor een vlotte samenwerking, waarbij heldere communicatie en naleving van veiligheidsvoorschriften centraal staan.
  • Bij problemen anticipeer je snel en zorg je dat de uitvoeringstermijnen niet in het gedrang komen.
  • Regelmatig overleg met de klant over de voortgang en eventuele aanpassingen van het project.
  • Je volgt elk project op van start tot oplevering en zorgt voor een volledige afronding en rapportering.

Profiel

Als projectleider renovatie breng je een combinatie van kennis en ervaring mee:

  • Enkele jaren relevante ervaring binnen de bouwsector.
  • Een hoger diploma in de bouwkunde is een pluspunt.
  • Je hebt sterke organisatorische vaardigheden en kan meerdere projecten gelijktijdig in goede banen leiden.
  • Je speelt flexibel in op onverwachte situaties, neemt beslissingen en bent sterk in probleemoplossend denken.
  • Je bent klantgericht en weet duurzame relaties op te bouwen met alle partners in het bouwproces.
  • Basiskennis van Frans en Engels is een pluspunt gezien het contact met anderstalige onderaannemers.
  • Je bent vaardig met administratieve programma’s van MS Office.
