Functie inhoud Als Projectleider ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het coördineren van uitgebreide renovatie/ transformatie/ planmatige onderhoudsprojecten. Je leidt een team van professionals en waarborgt een vlotte uitvoering van de projecten vanaf het begin tot het einde. Samen met je collega's maak je heldere afspraken om te garanderen dat het project aan de verwachtingen van de opdrachtgever voldoet. Je onderhoudt regelmatig contact met opdrachtgevers, lost eventuele problemen op en bouwt aan duurzame klantrelaties. Naast deze taken draag je de verantwoordelijkheid voor de (financiële) voortgang van de projecten en zorg je voor een nauwkeurige projectadministratie. Functie eisen - MBO+ werk- en denkniveau in een bouwkundige richting; - Minimaal 6 jaar ervaring als projectleider; - Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en motivatiekracht; - Uitstekende organisatorische vaardigheden.
