Heb jij een passie voor bouwkunde en wil je meewerken aan uitdagende projecten zoals energetische renovaties en restauraties van monumenten? Als Projectleider Renovatie & Restauratie leid jij overheidsprojecten van A tot Z. Je bent hét aanspreekpunt voor klanten, architecten en leveranciers en zorgt dat elk project op tijd, binnen budget en volgens de hoogste kwaliteitsnormen wordt opgeleverd.

Functie omschrijving

  • Beheren van projecten in energetische renovaties en restauratie van monumenten.
  • Eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en architecten; opvolging en overleg over voortgang en wijzigingen.
  • Bestellingen plaatsen bij leveranciers en onderaannemers coördineren.
  • Regelmatige werfcontroles uitvoeren en deelnemen aan werfvergaderingen.
  • Aansturen en motiveren van eigen arbeiders en onderaannemers.
  • Opvolgen van kwaliteit, veiligheid, planning en budget tot en met oplevering.
  • Opstellen van vorderingsstaten en nauwkeurig bijhouden van herzieningsformules en verletdagen.
  • Rapporteren aan het management over voortgang en resultaten.
  • Je behaalde een master diploma bouwkunde (of gelijkwaardig door ervaring)
  • Je bent in staat om een team van 10 tot 20 personen op de werf aan te sturen
  • Je bent een vlotte communicator en het type dat met oplossingen komt als er problemen zijn.
  • Je bent een krak met cijfers en in staat om vorderingsstaten op te stellen
  • Je bent een zelfstandige werker die zijn doelen nastreeft. Planmatig werken met strakke deadlines is essentieel
  • Je bent bereid om je te verplaatsen over heel Vlaanderen en af en toe naar Wallonië.
  • Commerciële vaardigheden zijn een fijn pluspunt, omdat je betrokken zult zijn bij onderhandelen van scherpe prijzen met leveranciers.
