The posting

Je komt terecht in een stabiele KMO actief in offshore projecten, staalconstructies en gespecialiseerde metaalbewerking, met eigen engineering, fabricatie en technische teams. De projecten situeren zich in de wind-, olie- en gassector en in de maritieme industrie, met een combinatie van werkvoorbereiding en opvolging in de haven van Zeebrugge. Wil je meewerken aan uitdagende staalconstructies en pijpleidingwerken, samen met gecertificeerde lassers en een ervaren team, dan biedt deze functie een solide technische context met duidelijke verantwoordelijkheden.

  • Voorbereiden en voorcalculeren van projecten in scheepsreparatie, scheepsbouw, offshore en staalconstructies.
  • Opstellen van budgetcalculaties en offertes en alle projectdossiers actueel houden.
  • Zorgen voor technische, administratieve en financiële opvolging van lopende projecten.
  • De planning, uitvoering en timing van de werken bewaken en bijsturen waar nodig.
  • Nauwe samenwerking met engineering, lassers en techniekers in werkplaats en op locatie.
  • Klanten en opdrachtgevers te woord staan, verwachtingen aftoetsen en afspraken bewaken.
  • Rapporteren aan de technische verantwoordelijke over voortgang, afwijkingen en resultaten.
  • Ontwerpen en constructies opvolgen met behulp van SolidWorks en technische tekeningen beoordelen.
  • Afspraken maken met leveranciers en onderaannemers en geleverde werken controleren.
  • De haalbaarheid en rendabiliteit van projecten analyseren en verbetertrajecten voorstellen.
  • Projectteams coördineren, taken afstemmen en medewerkers aansturen op veiligheid en kwaliteit.
  • Contractvoorwaarden voorbereiden en meewerken aan onderhandelingen met externe partners.
  • Toezien op correcte inbedrijfstelling en oplevering van installaties en constructies bij de klant.
  • Technische ondersteuning bieden bij vragen op de werf en mee oplossingen uitwerken.
  • Projectactieplannen opstellen en de voortgang van alle mijlpalen systematisch opvolgen.
  • Bachelor in maritieme of industriële wetenschappen, elektromechanica, scheepsbouw of gelijkwaardig door ervaring; ingenieursdiploma geldt als plus.
  • Vlotte kennis van SolidWorks en het kunnen lezen en interpreteren van technische tekeningen.
  • Relevante ervaring in scheepsbouw, staalconstructie of een lasomgeving.
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een gestructureerde, nauwkeurige manier van werken.
  • Leidinggevende capaciteiten om medewerkers aan te sturen en samenwerking te versterken.
  • Hands-on ingesteld, oplossingsgericht en bereid verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen.
  • Goede kennis van Nederlands en Engels; kennis van Frans is een pluspunt.
