Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien?

  • Als projectverantwoordelijke beheer je het volledige traject van begin tot eind. Je zorgt niet alleen voor een grondige voorbereiding, maar ook voor een perfecte oplevering.
  • Met een zorgvuldig opgestelde planning bepaal je welke onderaannemers nodig zijn en zorg je ervoor dat zij hun taken naar behoren uitvoeren.
  • Je bent het centrale aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten, houdt hen goed op de hoogte van de voortgang en staat hen communicatief sterk te woord.
  • Bovendien bewaak je het budget, aangezien dit ook onder jouw verantwoordelijkheid valt.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Je hebt een bachelor- of masterdiploma in elektromechanica/klimatisatie op zak.
  • Je hebt een aantal jaar ervaring op de teller staan waardoor je zelfstandig te werk kan gaan.
  • Naast vloeiend Nederlands, kennis van Engels en Frans een meerwaarde.
  • Je nauwkeurigheid en sterke organisatorische vaardigheden vallen op, en je deinst niet terug voor het leiden en sturen van projecten.
