Als Projectleider word jij een cruciale schakel in de uitbreiding van de koeltechniekafdeling.

Hieronder een greep uit jouw takenpakket:

  • Je neemt de leiding over diverse projecten in commerciële en industriële koelinstallaties voor versspeciaalzaken, supermarkten en voedingsbedrijven.
  • Hierbij werk je nauw samen met andere projectleiders, klanten en techniekers om uitstekende resultaten te garanderen.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het coördineren van werkvoorbereidingen, het opstellen van planningen, het beheren van werfvergaderingen en het opvolgen van lopende projecten.
  • Je zorgt voor de kwaliteitscontrole en technische ondersteuning van jouw projecten.

Verwacht een uitdagende, afwisselende functie waarin jouw technische expertise en organisatietalent volledig tot hun recht komen!

We zijn op zoek naar een kandidaat met de volgende kwalificaties en ervaring:

  • Een technische achtergrond in elektriciteit, elektromechanica, bouwkunde of een aanverwant vakgebied (bachelor of master).
  • 5-10 jaar relevante werkervaring in technieken en projectmanagement.
  • Een passie voor energiezuinige en milieuvriendelijke technieken.
  • Sterke analytische vaardigheden, oog voor detail en stressbestendigheid.
  • Ervaring in het aansturen van techniekers en het coördineren van multidisciplinaire teams.
  • Kennis van teken- en calculatieprogramma's zoals AutoCAD en EPLAN is een pluspunt.
  • Bereidheid om vroeg te starten (tussen 6:30 en 7:00) zodat je goed bereikbaar bent voor de techniekers.
  • Bereidheid om 1,5 tot 2 dagen per week op de werf aanwezig te zijn.
