Een sleutelrol binnen grootschalige telecomprojecten waar techniek, organisatie en people management samenkomen. In deze functie draag je mee bij aan de uitrol van toekomstgerichte telecominfrastructuur voor particulieren en bedrijven.

De functie inhoud Wat deze job als Projectleider Telecom inhoudt:

  • Verantwoordelijkheid nemen over projecten van studie en ontwerp tot en met eindoplevering
  • Opstellen en opvolgen van prijsoffertes, planning en organisatie met focus op het behalen van targets
  • Aansturen en begeleiden van werfleiders en regelmatig aanwezig zijn op de werven
  • Optreden als centraal aanspreekpunt voor opdrachtgevers, onderaannemers, klanten en andere stakeholders
  • Dagelijks leads nemen in het zoeken naar klantgerichte oplossingen bij diverse uitdagingen
  • Motiveren en coachen van medewerkers met aandacht voor kwaliteit en veiligheid
  • Instaan voor budgettering en opvolging van KPI’s en deze transparant vertalen naar de werfleiders
  • Verzorgen van de financiële en administratieve opvolging van lopende projecten en rapporteren aan het management

  • Beschikt over een master Industrieel Ingenieur of bachelor, of is gelijkwaardig door ervaring binnen telecom
  • Werkt praktisch en hands-on en communiceert vlot en duidelijk
  • Heeft kennis van telecom en/of ICT, wat een sterke troef vormt
  • Drukt zich vlot uit in het Nederlands en Frans, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
  • Is een echte people manager die medewerkers weet te motiveren en te coachen
  • Gaat zelfstandig, proactief en flexibel te werk
  • Hecht belang aan milieu, duurzaamheid, kwaliteit, kostenbeheersing en veiligheid
