Ze zijn actief binnen de utiliteitsbouw, hebben hun eigen woningbouwconcept en zijn actief binnen de service en onderhoud. Kortom een veelzijdige bouwer, die bouwt aan innovatieve projecten in Zeeland en net daar buiten. Omdat zij het gehele proces zelf beheersen en in huis hebben, mede door de diverse afdelingen en eigen werkplaatsen, zijn zij onafhankelijk en realiseren ze kwalitatief hoogwaardige producten. Daarbij geloven ze in specialiseren, zodat iedereen doet waar hij of zij goed in is en zich hier verder in kan ontwikkelen. Je komt te werken in een bedrijf met ca. 200 medewerkers, van collega's met kennis uit de praktijk, tot academisch niveau, iedereen draagt zijn steentje bij in het grote geheel. Functie inhoud Jij zorgt voor de totstandkoming van de werkvoorbereiding, inkoop, organisatie en uitvoering van de aan jouw toegewezen utiliteitsbouwprojecten. Binnen je team geef je operationeel sturing en zorg je ervoor dat de werkzaamheden strak gepland en georganiseerd worden. Je werkt resultaatgericht en bent verantwoordelijk voor de voortgang van het project. Je weet accuraat te reageren op complexe vraagstukken en je durft zelfstandig beslissingen en initiatief te nemen. Met veel passie breng je samen met jou team de meest uitdagende projecten tot stand!
