The posting

Voor een openbare organisatie zoeken we een Projectleider Wegen & Waterbeheer die verantwoordelijk is voor de coördinatie, opvolging en realisatie van infrastructuurprojecten rond wegenis, riolering en waterbeheer.

De functie omvat:

  • Je fungeert als centraal aanspreekpunt voor toegewezen infrastructuurprojecten, zowel intern als extern.
  • Je volgt projecten op van ontwerp tot uitvoering en definitieve oplevering.
  • Je bewaakt scope, planning, budget en kwaliteit van de projecten.
  • Je coördineert de samenwerking tussen studiebureaus, aannemers, overheidsinstanties, nutsmaatschappijen en andere stakeholders.
  • Je stelt lastenboeken en meetstaten op en controleert technische plannen en ontwerpen.
  • Je organiseert en leidt ontwerp-, coördinatie- en werfvergaderingen.
  • Je volgt de uitvoering van werken op en bewaakt meerwerken en projectkosten.
  • Je adviseert rond technische dossiers, regelgeving en infrastructuurprojecten.
  • Je ondersteunt bij vergunningen, verkavelingen, onteigeningen en andere ruimtelijke ontwikkelingen.
  • Je behandelt meldingen, klachten en verzorgt rapporteringen naar bestuur en stakeholders.
  • Heb je ervaring met projectleiding binnen wegenbouw, riolering, waterbeheer of infrastructuurprojecten?
  • Beschik je over een sterke technische kennis van openbare werken en infrastructuur?
  • Ben je organisatorisch sterk en heb je ervaring met budget- en stakeholdermanagement?
  • Communiceer je vlot met zowel technische als niet-technische stakeholders?
  • Werk je gestructureerd, oplossingsgericht en zelfstandig?
  • Heb je kennis van overheidsopdrachten en relevante wet- en regelgeving?
