Ben jij iemand die graag op de werf staat en energie krijgt van een goed georganiseerde uitvoering?

Wij zijn op zoek naar een werfleider die zich wil inzetten binnen ondergrondse infrastructuurprojecten. Onze firma is actief binnen horizontaal gestuurde boringen en rioolrenovatie, met projecten verspreid over België en occasioneel in het buitenland.

Je zorgt ervoor dat de dagelijkse werking op de werf vlot verloopt en dat alles volgens planning, kwaliteit en veiligheid wordt uitgevoerd.

Wat kan er aan bod komen?

  • Organiseren van de dagelijkse werfactiviteiten
  • Omzetten van de planning naar een haalbare dag- en weekplanning
  • Aansturen en opvolgen van ploegen en onderaannemers
  • Toezien op een correcte en efficiënte uitvoering van de werken
  • Opvolgen van vooruitgang, afwijkingen en bijkomende werken
  • Ondersteunen bij werfopstart en overlegmomenten
  • Verwerken van werfgegevens en administratieve opvolging
  • Enz.

Binnen onze firma ben jij het centrale aanspreekpunt op de werf en werk je nauw samen met de projectleiding en uitvoerende teams. Voor een vlotte communicatie beheers je de Nederlandse taal goed en kan je je ook uitdrukken in het Frans en Engels. Daarnaast heb je ervaring binnen de bouwsector en werk je graag in een coördinerende rol. Je bent vertrouwd met digitale tools zoals Office en e-mail en hebt bij voorkeur ook kennis van AutoCAD.

Wij bieden een correct loon volgens jouw ervaring in PC200, aangevuld met extralegale voordelen.
