Als Projectleider Woningbouw ben jij de spil in het project. Vanaf het moment dat de opdracht binnenkomt tot de oplevering ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de volledige realisatie. Je zorgt ervoor dat het project binnen tijd, budget en volgens de afgesproken kwaliteit wordt opgeleverd. Je stuurt het team aan, onderhoudt contact met opdrachtgevers en zorgt dat alle partijen op één lijn zitten. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor zowel interne als externe stakeholders en weet met jouw ervaring en communicatieve vaardigheden iedereen mee te krijgen. Jouw werkzaamheden omvatten: - Aansturen en coördineren van uitvoerders, onderaannemers en leveranciers; - Bewaken van planning, budget en kwaliteit gedurende het gehele bouwproces; - Onderhouden van contact met opdrachtgevers, architecten en adviseurs; - Opstellen en bewaken van de projectplanning en voortgangsrapportages; - Signaleren van risico's en tijdig schakelen om problemen te voorkomen; - Zorgen voor naleving van veiligheidsvoorschriften en kwaliteitseisen op de bouwplaats; - Bijdragen aan de ontwikkeling en verbetering van werkprocessen binnen de organisatie.

Naast je operationele taken krijg je ook de kans om mee te denken over innovaties en verbeteringen. Het bedrijf investeert in nieuwe technieken en duurzame oplossingen, en jouw input wordt gewaardeerd. Er zijn volop doorgroeimogelijkheden richting senior projectleider of projectmanager, waarbij je grotere en complexere projecten gaat aansturen. Ook kun je je specialiseren in duurzaam bouwen of je ontwikkelen richting een rol in de directie.
