Als projectmanager realisatie geef je leiding aan grootschalige, complexe renovatieprojecten in bewoonde én onbewoonde staat. Denk aan het gasvrij maken van woningen, het vervangen van gevels en daken en het verbeteren van brandveiligheid. Je bent eindverantwoordelijk voor de uitvoering en realisatie, waarbij je samenwerkt met interne teams en externe partners. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden: - Samenstellen en aansturen van het projectteam: werkvoorbereiders, uitvoerders, adviseurs; - Selecteren van onderaannemers en bouwpartners; - Bewaken van planning, kwaliteit, veiligheid en financiën; - Schakelen met uiteenlopende stakeholders: van bewonersbegeleiders tot woningcorporaties en installateurs; - Signaleren van knelpunten in de praktijk en hier proactief op inspelen; - Rapporteren over voortgang en risico's, zowel intern als extern; - Deelname aan interne overleggen (zoals werkvoorbereiding, projectmanagement); - Coachend leiderschap en voeren van ontwikkelgesprekken binnen je team; - Actieve kennisdeling met collega-projectmanagers en ontwerpteams. Wie je bent (of wil worden): - Hbo-diploma, bij voorkeur bouwkunde; - Minimaal 5 jaar relevante werkervaring met renovatie- of vastgoedprojecten; - Ervaring met multidisciplinaire samenwerking binnen complexe uitvoeringsprojecten; - Een netwerk in de renovatie-/aannemersbranche (pré); - Flexibiliteit om te schakelen tussen meerdere projecten en belanghebbenden; - Leiderschap: je motiveert je team en handelt oplossingsgericht onder druk.
