Deze locatie is dé plek waar mensen samenkomen voor grote concerten, internationale congressen, beurzen, sportevenementen en live entertainment. Jaarlijks ontvangen zij honderdduizenden bezoekers en achter elk succesvol evenement staat een team dat zorgt voor een perfect verzorgde omgeving. Als Projectmanager houd je ervan om te werken in een dynamische omgeving waar altijd iets gebeurt. Van een uitverkocht concert tot een internationale beurs: jij zorgt ervoor dat onze dienstverlening naadloos aansluit op de verwachtingen. Of zelfs; je overtreft de verwachtingen! Als Projectmanager ben jij de verbindende schakel tussen alle stakeholders. Je geeft leiding aan een team van objectleiders/voorlieden en medewerkers en zorgt ervoor dat alles op rolletjes loopt. Jouw aanwezigheid wordt bepaald door de dynamische wereld van evenementen, 24-7 dus flexibiliteit en prioriteit stellen is een absolute must. Je rapporteert aan de Districtsmanager die ook jouw sparringpartner is. Samen werken jullie aan een dienstverlening waar we allemaal trots op zijn. Werkzaamheden Projectmanager: - Je geeft dagelijks leiding aan een team van ongeveer 40 schoonmaakmedewerkers en min. 3 objectleiders/voorlieden en je zorgt ervoor dat zij met plezier en succes kunnen werken - Je organiseert, coördineert en optimaliseert de dienstverlening binnen Rotterdam Ahoy en stemt af met de interne klant - Je bewaakt kwaliteit, planning, budgetten en resultaten en stuurt bij waar nodig. - Je onderhoudt c...
