Vivaldis Office is op zoek naar een projectcoördinator voor onze klant in Heusden-Zolder. Onze klant is gespecialiseerd in totaalprojecten voor interieurinrichting. Neem gerust de vacature even door! Indien je nog vragen hebt, kan je ons telefonisch bereiken op 011 94 81 56.

Jouw takenpakket als projectcoördinator bestaat uit:

  • Beheren van interieurprojecten van A tot Z, zodra de verkoop is afgerond tot en met de finale oplevering
  • Opstellen van realistische planningen en het strikt bewaken van alle vooropgestelde deadlines
  • Aansturen en ondersteunen van plaatsers, monteurs en externe onderaannemers
  • Behouden van het overzicht van alle projectdata via digitale tools zoals Asana en OneNote
  • Opvolgen van de budgetten, de benodigde aankopen en het algemene rendement
  • Dagelijks contact onderhouden met opdrachtgevers, leveranciers en interne collega's
  • Proactief detecteren van eventuele knelpunten op de werf en snel gepaste oplossingen bieden
  • Controleren van de praktische en technische uitvoering ter plaatse
  • Actief meedenken over procesoptimalisatie en het verhogen van de efficiëntie en marge

Als projectcoördinator herken je jezelf in volgende punten:

  • Technische achtergrond vanuit het middelbaar en opleiding binnen interieur
  • Je kan 3D tekenen en hebt reeds ervaring met meubels
  • Ervaring binnen project- of werfcoördinatie (bij voorkeur in de interieur- of bouwsector) is een grote plus
  • Sterk organisatorisch talent dat vlot de structuur bewaart tussen verschillende werven
  • Heldere en klantvriendelijke communicator die gemaakte afspraken stipt nakomt
  • Oplossingsgericht en stressbestendig ingesteld, met de capaciteit om de juiste prioriteiten te stellen
  • Zelfstandige teamplayer die nauwkeurig, resultaatgericht en met passie te werk gaat
