Wat ga je doen? Als fulltime projectmanager digitale transformatie in Amsterdam ben jij de sleutel tot een vlotte go-live. Je verdiept je in de business-doelen van onze klanten, richt het platform daar optimaal op in en neemt gebruikers mee in elke stap van het proces. Zo leg je de basis voor een duurzame partnerschap. Wat ga je doen? - Je stuurt de volledige klantreis aan, van eerste kick-off tot de definitieve oplevering; - Je verzorgt interactieve sessies en workshops om het team van de klant snel vaardig te maken; - Je inventariseert feedback en zet dit om in concrete functionaliteiten en optimalisaties; - Je behoudt het overzicht en de planning bij meerdere gelijktijdige integratietrajecten; - Je onderhoudt contact op diverse operationele en strategische niveaus binnen de klantorganisatie; - Je helpt ons platform verder schalen op de Europese markt.
