The posting

Als Project Manager Elektrotechniek ben je eindverantwoordelijk voor elektrotechnische projecten binnen onder andere laagspanning, verlichting, netwerkinfrastructuur en branddetectie. Je bewaakt het volledige traject vanaf de technische voorbereiding tot en met uitvoering, oplevering en facturatie.

Als Project Manager Elektrotechniek sta je onder andere in voor:

  • Het technisch en financieel beheer van elektrotechnische projecten tot ongeveer €1 miljoen.
  • Het technisch uitwerken van de pre-engineering van nieuwe projecten.
  • Het opmaken en bewaken van de projectplanning.
  • Het bestellen van kritische materialen en opvolgen van de aankoop.
  • Het coördineren van electrical engineering, aankoop en uitvoering op de werf.
  • Het opvolgen van projecten op vlak van timing, budget, kwaliteit en veiligheid.
  • Het onderhouden van contacten met klanten en alle interne en externe projectpartners.
  • Het geven van duidelijke instructies aan werfleiders en technische medewerkers op de werf.
  • Het controleren en opvolgen van de uitgevoerde werkzaamheden.
  • Het onderhandelen met leveranciers en coördineren van eventuele onderaannemers.
  • Het bewaken van een tijdige en correcte facturatie van de uitgevoerde werkzaamheden.
  • Het delen van technische input over lopende projecten en concepten met het salesteam.
  • Het rapporteren over de voortgang en resultaten van je projecten.
  • Het samenwerken met andere technische disciplines en gespecialiseerde afdelingen binnen de organisatie.
  • Het hoofdzakelijk werken vanuit het kantoor in regio Merelbeke, gecombineerd met de nodige project- en werfbezoeken.

Voor deze functie als Project Manager Elektrotechniek zoeken we iemand met een stevige technische achtergrond die ondertussen voldoende ervaring heeft opgebouwd om projecten zelfstandig te beheren. Je combineert elektrotechnische expertise met organisatorisch inzicht, commerciële feeling en sterke communicatieve vaardigheden.

Als Project Manager Elektrotechniek herken je jezelf in het volgende profiel:

  • Je beschikt bij voorkeur over een masterdiploma Industrieel Ingenieur of bent gelijkwaardig door relevante ervaring.
  • Je hebt een goede technische kennis van elektrische installaties.
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur minstens 5 jaar ervaring als Project Engineer of binnen een vergelijkbare elektrotechnische projectfunctie.
  • Je hebt een sterke interesse in laagspanning en algemene elektrotechnische installaties.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt aandacht voor kwaliteit en detail.
  • Je kunt verschillende technische en organisatorische aspecten van een project tegelijk bewaken.
  • Je bent klantgericht en communiceert vlot met klanten, collega's, leveranciers en onderaannemers.
  • Je beschikt over goede organisatorische en administratieve vaardigheden.
  • Je kunt vlot onderhandelen met leveranciers en andere externe partners.
  • Je neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid en durft kritisch mee te denken.
  • Je bent in staat om werfleiders en technische medewerkers duidelijke instructies en richting te geven.
  • Kennis van Eplan en/of Caneco is een pluspunt.
  • Basiskennis van het AREI en de machinerichtlijn is een pluspunt.
  • Een vlotte Nederlandse taalkennis is een absolute must.
  • Je kunt je daarnaast goed uitdrukken in het Frans en Engels.
  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B.
