Ben jij op zoek naar een gevarieerde job als Project Manager HVAC? Heb jij een passie voor complexe technische projecten en ben je graag het centrale aanspreekpunt binnen een team? Voor één van onze klanten, actief in de industriële techniek en HVAC-projecten, zijn wij op zoek naar een ervaren Projectleider/Projectmanager HVAC. Deze uitdaging biedt jou de kans om te groeien binnen een stabiele, innovatieve omgeving waar collegialiteit en persoonlijke ontwikkeling centraal staan.

In de rol van Project Manager HVAC ben je verantwoordelijk voor de volledige A-Z coördinatie van HVAC-projecten. Je combineert jouw technische kennis met organisatorisch en financieel inzicht om elk project succesvol af te ronden. Jouw takenpakket bestaat uit:

  • Je bewaakt het budget, beheert kosten en zorgt voor correcte facturatie en rendement.
  • Je volgt het technische proces op en waarborgt de kwaliteitsvolle uitvoering en veiligheid op de werf.
  • Je stuurt studie- en uitvoeringsteams aan en organiseert het werk volgens de behoeften van de klant.
  • Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor klanten, leveranciers, onderaannemers en interne collega’s.
  • Je begeleidt projecten van concept tot oplevering en zorgt voor maximale klanttevredenheid.

Voor deze functie zoeken wij een gemotiveerde professional met het volgende profiel:

  • Je hebt een bachelor- of masterdiploma Elektromechanica of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je beschikt over minstens 5 jaar ervaring als projectleider, bij voorkeur binnen de HVAC-sector of technische installaties.
  • Je weet mensen te motiveren en teams te leiden.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd, bent communicatief en vlot in planning en organisatie.
  • Je hebt een sterke focus op kwaliteit en klantgerichtheid.
  • Je beheerst het Frans voldoende om vlot te kunnen overleggen.
  • Je bent flexibel en werkt graag hybride (op locatie, vanuit kantoor en thuis).
