Als technisch projectmanager industriële automatisering stuur je projecten van A tot Z aan binnen een technische omgeving met grootschalige metaalconstructies. Jij combineert klantcontact met projectcoördinatie, werforganisatie en technisch advies, en houdt zo de volledige uitvoering strak onder controle. Je werkt nauw samen met multidisciplinaire teams van projectleiders, engineers en servicetechniekers, in een bedrijf dat continu investeert in nieuwe installaties én in mensen. Dankzij jouw elektromechanische expertise en organisatiekracht zorg je ervoor dat complexe infrastructuurprojecten veilig, kwalitatief en volgens de contractuele afspraken worden opgeleverd.

  • Coördineren en organiseren van automatiseringsprojecten van A tot Z, inclusief analyse van klantenbehoeften en uitwerking van technische oplossingen.
  • Optreden als centraal aanspreekpunt (spoc) voor klant en interne stakeholders, met actief klantcontact en nauw overleg met projectleiders, engineers en servicetechniekers.
  • Voorbereiden van afrekeningen, laten uitvoeren van ad hoc bestellingen via aankoper-besteller en bewaken van budget, planning en risicobeheer.
  • Organiseren en voorbereiden van projectmeetings, opvolgen van uitvoering op de werven en zorgen voor duidelijke projectrapportage bij technische en organisatorische vraagstukken.
  • Bewaken van veiligheid, kwaliteit en naleving van contractuele afspraken, met bijzondere aandacht voor grote industrie- en infrastructuurprojecten gekoppeld aan havens, rivieren en kanalen.
  • Masterdiploma in industriële wetenschappen elektromechanica en een brede interesse in industriële automatisering en infrastructuurprojecten.
  • Minstens 5 jaar relevante ervaring in projectmanagement binnen een technische omgeving, bij voorkeur met multidisciplinaire projecten en externe partners.
  • Sterke organisatorische en communicatieve vaardigheden, gecombineerd met een proactieve aanpak in klantcontact, werfvergaderingen en projectcoördinatie.
  • Leidinggevende capaciteiten met respect voor uitvoerende collega's, gericht op samenwerking, kwaliteitsbewaking en duidelijke afspraken.
  • Kennis van de wet op de overheidsopdrachten is een plus, net als affiniteit met grootschalige metaalprojecten in haven- en infrastructuurcontext.
