Onze opdrachtgever is een innovatieve koploper op het snijvlak van zorg, technologie en logistiek. Ze zijn actief als ontwikkelaar van robotica en digitale applicaties voor de apotheeksector.

Om hun continue groei te ondersteunen, zijn zij momenteel op zoek naar een M/V/X: Projectmanager (NLD/FR/ENG).

Als projectmanager ben je verantwoordelijk voor de volledige opvolging van projecten vanaf de verkoopfase tot de installatie bij de klant. Je vormt de schakel tussen de klant, interne diensten en externe partners en zorgt ervoor dat elk project technisch correct en volgens de verwachtingen wordt uitgevoerd.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Opvolgen van projecten na verkoop tot en met de levering bij klanten.
  • Opmeten van installaties bij klanten.
  • Bespreken van dossiers met klanten.
  • Opvolgen van het project in overleg met het tekenbureau, de productie en de customer care afdeling (voor de installatie en opstart).
  • Onderhouden van nauwe contacten met (internationale) klanten, architecten, interieurarchitecten en technische aannemers. (Voornamelijk projecten in Frankrijk en het Verenigd Koninkrijk).
  • Technische ondersteuning bieden aan het commerciële team.
  • Je beschikt over een bachelor niveau, bij voorkeur in een technische richting of in interieurvormgeving, of je bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je combineert technisch en ruimtelijk inzicht met een flinke dosis praktisch probleemoplossend vermogen.
  • Je hebt affiniteit met technische plannen en kan vlot afmetingen opnemen en schetsen uitwerken.
  • Je werkt autonoom en kan een project vanuit technisch oogpunt sturen vanaf de verkoop tot de oplevering.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en voelt je comfortabel in contact met diverse stakeholders.
  • Een professionele mondelinge en schriftelijke beheersing van het Nederlands, het Frans en het Engels is vereist.
  • Frequente verplaatsingen en overnachtingen, zowel binnen België als internationaal, vormen voor jou geen probleem. Dit omvat vooral reizen naar Frankrijk, het Verenigd Koninkrijk en Spanje.
  • Je bent flexibel ingesteld en begrijpt dat projectopvolging soms ook buiten de klassieke kantooruren aandacht vraagt.
