Binnen BINK Sprundel werken we er drie utiliteitsteams, één werktuigbouwkundig team en één team gespecialiseerd in woningbouw. Voor het woningbouwteam zoeken we een projectmanager die richting geeft en het team klaarstoomt voor de volgende fase. Wat ga je doen? Als Projectmanager woningbouw geef je leiding aan een team van circa 15 buitendienstmedewerkers, gespecialiseerd in woningbouw. Het team is de afgelopen jaren gegroeid en bestaat uit collega's met uiteenlopende achtergronden, leeftijden en ervaring. Als Projectmanager woningbouw ben je eindverantwoordelijk voor de ontwikkeling en resultaten van je team en projecten. Dat betekent dat je stuurt op voortgang, kwaliteit en financieel inzicht, maar altijd met oog voor de mensen die het werk maken. Je weet dat goede projecten beginnen met een sterk team. Daarom ben je zichtbaar, benaderbaar en duidelijk. Je coacht, spreekt aan waar nodig en viert successen samen. Richting opdrachtgevers ben je een betrouwbare partner die afspraken nakomt en meedenkt in oplossingen. Tegelijk kijk je vooruit. Je ziet waar processen slimmer kunnen, waar het team kan groeien en waar kansen liggen in de woningbouwmarkt. Niet vanaf de zijlijn, maar midden in de praktijk. Wat krijg je van ons?
