Word jij onze nieuwe Projectmedewerker?

Als Projectmedewerker ondersteun je meerdere projectleiders bij de voorbereiding en uitvoering van kortere projecten. Je vormt de spil tussen administratie, technische voorbereiding en logistiek, waardoor projectleiders zich volledig kunnen richten op de overkoepelende coördinatie.

Je start met een ondersteunend takenpakket en groeit stapsgewijs door naar meer verantwoordelijkheid, afgestemd op jouw ambities en talenten.

Standplaats: Je werkt op termijn vanuit de regio Mechelen. Je start je traject met een inwerkperiode van circa twee jaar op de vestiging in de Kempen (Balen).

Jouw takenpakket

  • Assisteren van projectleiders bij de voorbereiding, opvolging en nacalculatie van projecten en offertes.
  • Opstellen, beheren en verwerken van overzichtslijsten, verrekeningen en administratieve projectdossiers.
  • Bestellen van benodigde materialen en de accurate opvolging van leveringen.
  • Maken van eenvoudige technische plannen, voorbereidingen en kabelberekeningen.
  • Actief meedenken over het verbeteren en efficiënter inrichten van bestaande werkprocessen.

Profiel

Wie ben jij?

Je bent een administratieve én technische duizendpoot die nauwkeurig te werk gaat en graag het overzicht bewaart. Verder herken je jezelf in dit profiel:

Must:

  • Je beschikt over een diploma op bachelorniveau in een technische richting of hebt een erg sterke technische interesse.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en zelfstandig met oog voor detail.
  • Je bent leergierig en wil je graag verder verdiepen in projectmatige ondersteuning.
  • Je bent administratief sterk en werkt vlot met documentatie en overzichtslijsten.
  • Je bent oplossingsgericht en denkt graag mee over slimme procesverbeteringen.
  • Bereidheid om gedurende de inwerkperiode van circa 2 jaar te werken vanuit de vestiging in de Kempen (regio Balen).

Plus:

  • Andere talen naast Nederlands.
  • Ervaring als Projectmedewerker (je moet wel ervaring hebben in een electro technische richting)
  • Rijbewijs B, maar het helpt je enorm als je wil doorgroeien.
