The posting

Bij PBA CONSULT zijn we gespecialiseerd in milieu- en bodemonderzoek. We begeleiden projecten van A tot Z en streven naar pragmatische en kwalitatieve oplossingen voor onze klanten. Als projectmedewerker ondersteun je bij de technische uitwerking van onze projecten en bouw je mee aan de verdere groei van het bedrijf.

Sterk in rapportage, maar liever geen job waarbij je alleen maar gegevens moet overtypen?

Voor de verdere uitbouw van onze activiteiten zijn wij op zoek naar iemand die technisch en analytisch kan denken en mee wil werken aan de opmaak van bodemonderzoeken, technische verslagen en/of sloopopvolgingsplannen.

De nadruk ligt op bureauwerk en rapportage, maar als je graag af en toe met de voeten in de praktijk staat, kan de functie zeker aangevuld worden met terreinwerk.

Wat ga je doen?

Afhankelijk van je ervaring en interesses kan je onder andere meewerken aan:

  • Opmaak van oriënterende bodemonderzoeken (OBO)
  • Opmaak van technische verslagen in het kader van grondverzet
  • Opmaak van sloopopvolgingsplannen
  • Verwerken en interpreteren van terrein- en analyseresultaten
  • Opmaak en verwerking van plannen, tabellen en projectgegevens
  • Werken met onder andere Word, Excel en QGIS
  • Eventueel uitvoeren of opvolgen van terreinwerk, staalnames en inventarisaties

Je krijgt dossiers die je zo zelfstandig mogelijk kan uitwerken. Uiteraard sta je er niet alleen voor: bij vragen is overleg steeds mogelijk en de finale controle van de rapporten blijft bij de zaakvoerder.

Heb je al relevante ervaring? Dan kan je snel zelfstandig dossiers opnemen.

Werkervaring:

Ervaring is een vereiste.

Relevante ervaring met bodemonderzoek, grondverzet, sloopopvolging of technische rapportage.

Wie ben jij?

Je hoeft niet in een strak profiel te passen, maar dit helpt:

  • Je beschikt over minstens bachelor-denkniveau of bent gelijkwaardig door relevante ervaring
  • Je kan zelfstandig en nauwkeurig werken
  • Je denkt kritisch na over de gegevens die je verwerkt
  • Je hebt technisch en analytisch inzicht
  • Je durft vragen te stellen wanneer iets niet duidelijk is
  • Je kan vlot werken met Word en Excel
  • Je bent bereid om met QGIS te werken of dit verder te leren
  • Je kan goed communiceren, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
  • Je hebt interesse in milieu, bodem, bouw en/of sloop

Mooi meegenomen

  • Ervaring met technische verslagen en grondverzet
  • Ervaring met sloopopvolgingsplannen
  • Ervaring bij een studiebureau, bodemsaneringsdeskundige of sloopbeheerorganisatie
  • Ervaring met QGIS en/of AutoCAD
  • Praktijkervaring met terreinwerk, staalnames of gebouwinventarisaties
  • Kennis van relevante Vlaamse milieuwetgeving
  • Kennis van Frans en/of Engels

Je hoeft dus niet alle bovenstaande vakjes te kunnen afvinken.
