Je ondersteunt projectleiders en de portfoliomanager bij de uitvoering en monitoring van projecten, brengt structuur aan en bewaakt de voortgang van activiteiten en afspraken. Je organiseert projectactiviteiten en overleggen, verzorgt verslaglegging, beheert projectdocumentatie en ondersteunt op het gebied van planning, financiën, rapportages en communicatie. Je zorgt ervoor dat projectinformatie actueel, compleet en toegankelijk is en levert een bijdrage aan voortgangs- en managementrapportages. Je werkt aan meerdere projecten tegelijk en weet daarin overzicht te houden en prioriteiten te stellen. Je hebt oog voor wat er speelt binnen projecten, signaleert tijdig knelpunten en draagt bij aan een gestructureerde en efficiënte uitvoering van projecten. Dankzij jouw organisatievermogen, nauwkeurigheid en proactieve houding breng je rust en overzicht in een dynamische omgeving en lever je een belangrijke bijdrage aan het realiseren van projecten en veranderopgaven.
