Opdracht

Je gaat aan de slag binnen het programmateam Versnelling Woningbouw. Jij zorgt ervoor dat de teamleden zich op hun primaire taak kunnen richten door hen te ondersteunen op secretarieel gebied. Je zorgt samen met de programmamedewerker voor passende, snelle en zorgvuldige ondersteuning en kijkt wat zij nodig hebben. Uiteraard zorg je ervoor dat je de juiste kwaliteit biedt in de ondersteuning. Binnen de vastgestelde kaders geef jij je werkzaamheden vorm. Je bent hierin proactief en neemt het initiatief.

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor o.a. de volgende werkzaamheden:

Het maken van complexe afspraken voor de teamleden en het zo nodig assisteren bij de agendaplanning van de regio-coördinatoren;

Het maken van verslagen bij het PO Wonen en het publiceren van de agenda en stukken voor dat PO in Ibabs;

Het bijhouden van afspraken en het bewaken van de voortgang van de actiepunten uit het werkoverleg van het programmateam en andere afstemmingsoverleggen binnen het programma;

Het ondersteunen van de organisatie van (een deel van) de sessies en bijeenkomsten voor gemeenten en overige doelgroepen.

Je werkzaamheden zijn aanvullend op die van de programmamedewerker. Deze heeft primair de verantwoordelijkheid voor het bijhouden van de financiële administratie en facturatie, ondersteuning van de programmamanager en ondersteuning van sessies en bijeenkomsten ten behoeve van het programma.

HBO werk en denkniveau;

Aantoonbare werkervaring als secretaresse;

Minimaal 1 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring in projectomgeving op het gebied van verstedelijking, ruimtelijke ordening;

Minimaal 2 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring binnen een overheidsorganisatie;

Aantoonbare werkervaring MS-office en Ibabs;

Beschikbaar voor minimaal 20 uur per week en vast op maandag
