Projectondersteuner - Regio: Kinrooi - Type contract: Voltijds

Hou jij van orde en structuur en voel je je thuis in een dynamische werfcontext? Als Projectondersteuner ben jij de verbindingspersoon tussen het kantoorprojectteam en de mensen op de werf. Jij zorgt ervoor dat alle administratieve, plannings- en documentatietaken gesmeerd verlopen, zodat project- en uitvoeringsverantwoordelijken zich kunnen concentreren op de uitvoering.

Ben je communicatief vaardig in zowel het Nederlands als het Frans?

Heb je ervaring met MS 365-toepassingen?

In deze rol ga je aan de slag met:

  • Beheren en archiveren van projectdocumentatie: controleren en actualiseren van technische tekeningen, voortgangsrapporten en werfverslagen.
  • Administratieve afhandeling op locatie: registreren van onderaannemers via aanmeldsystemen, bijhouden van aanwezigheidslijsten en nagaan van verplichte veiligheidsdocumenten.
  • Functie als communicatiemedium tussen kantoor, productie en het installatieteam.
  • Coördinatie van logistiek: voorbereiden van materialen voor de werf, opvolgen van leveringen en plannen van routes voor servicebezoeken.
  • Ondersteunen bij het opmaken van vorderingsstaten en andere projectadministratie.

Wat verwachten we van jou?

Om succesvol te zijn in deze functie, heb je een goed georganiseerde en gestructureerde werkethiek nodig. Je kunt goed omgaan met drukke periodes en hebt een sterk administratief oog voor detail. Daarnaast is een vlotte communicatiestijl in zowel het Nederlands als het Frans een vereiste. Kennis van MS 365-toepassingen is een must.

  • Bacheloropleiding of gelijkwaardige praktijkervaring.
  • Ervaring in de bouwsector is een plus, maar niet strikt vereist.
  • Sterk administratief oog voor detail.
  • Goede communicatievaardigheden in Nederlands en Frans.
  • Ervaring met MS 365-toepassingen (Excel, Word, SharePoint, Teams).
