The posting

Hakoma NV is op zoek naar een praktisch aangelegd, nauwkeurig projectopvolger om onze projecten mee in goede banen te leiden. Als projectopvolger vorm je een belangrijke schakel tussen onze klanten, de voorbereiding en de uitvoering op de werf. Werk je nauwkeurig en ben je oplossingsgericht? Kan je situaties goed inschatten, vlot communiceren met zowel klanten als onderaannemers en kan overweg met Excel ? Dan ben jij misschien de collega die wij zoeken.

Je takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

• Opmeten van werven en verzamelen van alle noodzakelijke technische gegevens

• Nauwkeurig verwerken van de opmetingen in meetstaten en materiaallijsten

• Controleren en interpreteren van technische plannen en uitvoeringsdetails

• Opvolgen van de werven tijdens de uitvoering en controleren of de werken volgens de gemaakte afspraken en technische gegevens worden uitgevoerd

• Meedenken over praktische en technische oplossingen wanneer zich problemen op de werf voordoen

• Overleg met de werfcoördinator, klanten, aannemers en onze eigen plaatsingsploegen

• Zorgen voor een correcte overdracht van informatie van de opmeting naar de voorbereiding en uitvoering

Je bent dus niet uitsluitend verantwoordelijk voor de opmetingen. Je blijft betrokken bij het project en zorgt er, samen met de werfcoördinator, voor dat de informatie correct wordt vertaald naar een kwalitatieve uitvoering.

• Je hebt een goed technisch inzicht

• Je kan plannen en situaties op een werf interpreteren

• Je kan gegevens op een gestructureerde manier verwerken

• Je bent praktisch ingesteld en denkt vooral in oplossingen

• Je bent communicatief en werkt graag samen met collega's en externe partijen

• Ervaring in de bouwsector, technische werfopvolging of opmetingen is een pluspunt

• Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B

• Kennis van het Frans is een pluspunt
