Takenpakket:

  • In de rol van Projectleider Elektriciteit neem jij de touwtjes in handen vanaf de overdracht van het dossier tot de definitieve oplevering.
  • Je stuurt de interne ploegen en onderaannemers aan op de werf, waarbij je zorgt voor een efficiënte planning en een veilige werkomgeving.
  • Het bewaken van het budget en de vooropgestelde deadlines behoort tot je kerntaken, zodat het project financieel en operationeel gezond blijft.
  • Je fungeert als het centrale aanspreekpunt voor de opdrachtgever, architecten en studiebureaus tijdens regelmatige werfvergaderingen.
  • Samen met de aankoopafdeling selecteer je de juiste materialen en onderhandel je over de beste voorwaarden met leveranciers.
  • Je anticipeert proactief op technische uitdagingen op de werf en formuleert meteen concrete, werkbare oplossingen.

Profiel:

  • Een hogere technische opleiding of een stevige dosis praktijkervaring in een soortgelijke leidinggevende functie binnen de elektrotechniek.
  • Collega's omschrijven jou als een organisatorisch talent dat vlot communiceert met zowel arbeiders als directie.
  • Grondige kennis van het AREI en industriële elektriciteit is noodzakelijk om de kwaliteit te garanderen.
  • Je bewaart vlot het overzicht wanneer er verschillende projecten tegelijkertijd lopen.
