Je eerste project start in een ziekenhuis in de buurt van Aalst op de afdeling interne geneeskunde met een focus op nefrologie. De opdracht loopt initieel voor 6 maanden, met mogelijkheid tot verlenging of doorstroming naar een nieuw project binnen een ziekenhuis, woonzorgcentrum of thuisverpleging.

Jobomschrijving

Als verpleegkundige binnen een ziekenhuis in de omgeving van Aalst kom je terecht in een dynamische en mensgerichte zorgomgeving waar kwaliteit, samenwerking en ontwikkeling centraal staan.

Jouw rol

  • Je staat in voor een warme, deskundige en patiëntgerichte verpleegkundige zorg.
  • Je observeert, rapporteert en volgt de gezondheidstoestand van patiënten nauwgezet op.
  • Je dient medicatie toe en voert verpleegtechnische handelingen correct en zorgvuldig uit.
  • Je begeleidt patiënten en hun naasten met aandacht, empathie en duidelijke communicatie.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met artsen en collega-verpleeg- en zorgkundigen binnen een multidisciplinair team.
  • Je kan de zorg goed organiseren en coördineren en durft te delegeren waar nodig

Jouw profiel

  • Je beschikt over een diploma verpleegkunde (bachelor of HBO5) visum.
  • Je hebt een groot hart voor zorg en oog voor kwaliteit en veiligheid.
  • Je kan goed overweg met feedback en durft zelf ook feedback te geven
  • Je bent leergiering en pikt nieuwe informatie snel op.
  • Je hebt kennis van nefrologie en endocrinologie.
  • Je werkt graag in teamverband, maar kan ook zelfstandig verantwoordelijkheid opnemen.
  • Je staat open voor bijscholing en professionele groei.
  • Ervaring is een plus, maar ook pas afgestudeerden zijn van harte welkom.
