Mit modernster Fertigung in Greifenburg und einem interdisziplinären Team realisieren wir Einfamilienhäuser, mehrgeschossigen Wohnbau und gewerbliche Bauprojekte - österreichweit.

Dabei setzen wir auf die ökologische Elementbauweise sowie nachhaltige, energieeffiziente Lösungen.

Deine Aufgaben

* Verantwortliche Koordination von Holzbauprojekten vom Rohbau bis zur schlüsselfertigen Ausführung

* Schnittstelle zwischen Planung, Produktion und Baustelle

* Kosten-, Termin- und Qualitätskontrolle

* Kommunikation mit Bauherren, Fachplanern und ausführenden Gewerken

* Mitgestaltung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Bauprozesse

Dein Profil

* Fundierte bautechnische Ausbildung auf HTL- oder FH-Niveau oder Holzbaumeister

* Kenntnisse der einschlägigen Normen im Holzbau

* Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Bauherren und ausführenden Gewerken von Vorteil

* Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Kommunikationsstärke, Teamfähigkeit und Reisebereitschaft innerhalb Österreichs
