Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir am Standort Köstendorf 1 Projekt Manager - Special Lifting Solutions (m/w/d) Im zukunftsweisenden Bereich der Special Lifting Solutions verwandeln wir kühne Ideen in Realität. Wir suchen eine ergebnisorientierte Persönlichkeit als Projekt Manager - Special Lifting Solutions (m/w/d) für unseren Standort Köstendorf. In dieser Rolle übernehmen Sie die Leitung anspruchsvoller, wirkungsstarker Produkt- und kundenspezifischer Entwicklungsprojekte mit Schwerpunkt auf großformatiger Robotik, Anwendungen im Verteidigungsbereich sowie Serienprojekte - einschließlich LKW-Mitnahmestaplern und maßgeschneiderten Bahn-Lösungen.

WAS SIE ERWARTET

* Initiieren, Leiten und Steuern globaler Projekte im Bereich spezieller Hebelösungen - von Projektstart bis zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung

* Planung, Zuweisung und Überwachung von Zeit, Budget und Ressourcen innerhalb des verantwortlichen Bereichs

* Vorantreiben funktionsübergreifender Standard- und Konfigurationsprojekte sowie kundenspezifischer Projekte und Sicherstellung der Abstimmung zwischen internationalen Teams

* Kontinuierliche Überwachung und Steuerung des Projektfortschritts, um die Einhaltung von KPIs und Qualitätszielen sicherzustellen

* Aufbau starker Stakeholder-Beziehungen und klare Kommunikation strategischer Ziele

WAS SIE MITBRINGEN

* Abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung (FH, TU oder vergleichbar)

* Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung im Projektmanagement mit Gesamtverantwortung für komplexe Projekte

* Ausgeprägtes analytisches und konzeptionelles Denken, kombiniert mit exzellenten Koordinations- und Organisationsfähigkeiten

* Zielorientiert, effizient und stark in der Umsetzung

* Kaufmännisches Verständnis sowie Affinität zu Finanzkennzahlen und Kosten

* Reisebereitschaft, mehrtägige Auslandsaufenthalte je nach Projektphase erforderlich
