Unser Produktportfolio wächst, und mit ihm die Anzahl an parallelen Entwicklungsprojekten. Damit aus einer guten Idee ein serienreifes Loxone Produkt wird, brauchen wir den Einkauf schon ganz am Anfang mit am Tisch - nicht erst, wenn die Stückliste steht.

Als Projekteinkäufer:in übernimmst du genau diese Rolle: Du begleitest neue Produkte von der ersten Lieferantenanfrage bis zum Serienanlauf, sicherst frühzeitig die richtigen Partner, Preise und Bauteile - und sorgs... 1 Projekteinkäufer (m/w/d) AT - 4154 Kollerschlag º AT - 4211 Alberndorf Supply Chain Management & Logistics Full time

Deine Aufgaben * Einkaufsverantwortung für neue Produkte (NPI) - von der Entwicklungsphase bis zur Serienfertigung * Frühe Einbindung in Produktentwicklungsprojekte gemeinsam mit R&D und Produktmanagement (Early Supplier Involvement) * Auswahl, Anfrage und Qualifizierung von Lieferanten für neue Materialien und Komponenten (Elektronik, Mechanik, EMS) * Beschaffung und Koordination von Mustern, Prototypen und NPI-Erstmengen * Enge Abstimmung mit R&D zu technischen Anforderungen, Stücklisten (BOM) und Änderungsständen * Unterstützung bei Design-for-Cost-Analysen sowie Bewertung von Alternativkomponenten * Verhandlung von Projekt- und Serienpreisen sowie Sicherung der Langzeitverfügbarkeit und Obsoleszenzmanagement kritischer Bauteile * Mitwirkung an den Entwicklungs- und Beschaffungs-Gates (u. a. POC, EVT, DVT, PVT) inkl. Bestell- und Lieferantenfreigaben * Begleitung des Serienanlaufs und strukturierte Übergabe an den operativen Einkauf * Mitarbeit an der Weiterentwicklung unserer NPI-Prozesse und -Standards im Einkauf

Dein Profil * Abgeschlossenes technisches oder kaufmännisches Studium (z. B. Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Elektrotechnik, BWL/SCM) oder vergleichbare Ausbildung mit relevanter Erfahrung * Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung im (NPI-)Einkauf * Technisches Verständnis für elektronische Bauelemente und/oder Mechanikkomponenten von Vorteil * Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit R&D-Teams oder im Umfeld der Produktentwicklung * Strukturierte, proaktive und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise - auch in dynamischen Projektphasen * Kommunikationsstärke und sicheres Auftreten gegenüber Lieferanten und internen Stakeholdern * Profunde Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift * Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen (idealerweise Dynamics NAV) und Excel * Reisebereitschaft für gelegentliche Lieferanten- oder Projektbesuche

Es handelt sich um einen 38,5-Stunden-Vertrag mit Gleitzeitmodell. Aus gesetzlichen Gründen weisen wir darauf hin, dass für diese Position je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung eine Gehaltsspanne von € 55.000,- bis € 75.000,- Brutto/Jahr vorgesehen ist. Wir sind bereit den Fähigkeiten angemessen mehr zu bezahlen.
