Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir eine technisch versierte und organisatorisch starke Persönlichkeit für die 1 Projektkoordination Blitzschutz (m./w.) In dieser abwechslungsreichen Position begleiten Sie unsere Projekte von der Vorbereitung bis zum Abschluss und sind die zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Kunden, Projektleitung und Montageteams. Ihr Einsatzbereich umfasst sowohl das technische Büro als auch die Unterstützung und Betreuung laufender Baustellen.

Ihre Aufgaben

* Organisation und Koordination unserer Montagetrupps

* Mitarbeit im technischen Büro

* Terminplanung und Abstimmung laufender Projekte

* Vorbereitung von Baustellen und Montageeinsätzen

* Erfassung und Beurteilung technischer sowie organisatorischer Informationen

* Aufbereitung von Plänen, Unterlagen und Projektdaten

* Kalkulation und Erstellung von Angeboten nach bestehenden Vorgaben und Systemen

* Erstellung und Pflege von Projektübersichten

* Abstimmung mit Kunden, Projektleitung und Monteuren

* Kontrolle der Vollständigkeit von Dokumentationen

* Organisation und Bearbeitung von Prüfberichten, Fotodokumentationen und technischen Unterlagen

* Unterstützung bei der technischen und organisatorischen Nachbereitung abgeschlossener Projekte

Ihr Profil

* Abgeschlossene Lehrabschlussprüfung in einem elektrotechnischen Beruf (zwingend erforderlich)

* Fundiertes technisches Verständnis

* Interesse an Blitzschutz-, Erdungs- und elektrotechnischen Anlagen

* Sehr gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten

* Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke

* Hohe Lern- und Einsatzbereitschaft

* Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office

* Kenntnisse in AutoCAD bzw. Bereitschaft, diese weiter auszubauen

* Genaue und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise

* Freundliches und professionelles Auftreten gegenüber Kunden und Mitarbeitern

Von Vorteil

Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen:

* Elektrotechnik

* Blitzschutz

* Technisches Büro

* Projektkoordination

* Bauwesen

* oder vergleichbaren handwerklich-technischen Tätigkeiten

Erfahrung im Blitzschutzbereich ist nicht zwingend erforderlich. Eine umfassende Einschulung in unsere Fachbereiche, Abläufe und Systeme ist selbstverständlich vorgesehen.
