Als Projektleiter:in bei uns übernimmst du Verantwortung vom ersten Entwurf bis zur fertigen Umsetzung. Du bist die zentrale Ansprechperson für Kunden, Fachplaner und unser Produktions- und Montageteam - bei dir laufen die Fäden zusammen. Wir suchen Persönlichkeiten, die mitdenken, mitgestalten und eigenverantwortlich handeln wollen. Denn bei uns zählt Initiative - nicht nur Vorgaben. ¿ 1 Projektleiter Holzbau & Fassaden (m/w/d) Deine Aufgaben: ¿

* Planung und Umsetzung von Sonderfensterbau- und Pfosten-Riegel-Fassaden-Projekten

* Technische Klärung in Bezug auf Statik und Konformität

* Technische Beratung und Angebotserstellung für unsere Kunden

* Steuerung der gesamten Projektabwicklung von der Kalkulation bis zur Baustellenabnahme

* Überwachung von Qualität, Terminen, Kosten und Organisation

* Koordination zwischen Kunden, Fachplanern, Produktion und Montage

* Dokumentation, Abrechnung und Nachverfolgung der Projekte

* Klärung aller technischen Details vor der Umsetzung

* Ansprechpartner:in für Bauherren, Kunden und Architekten

Dein Profil: ¿¿

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Holzbaumeister, Baumeister, Schlossermeister oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

* Erfahrung in Projektleitung, Bauabwicklung, Kalkulation oder einem ähnlichen Bereich

* Technisches Verständnis für Holzbau, Fassadenbau und Sonderkonstruktionen

* Interesse an Digitalisierung sowie die Bereitschaft, bestehende Prozesse digital weiterzuentwickeln

* Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

* Kommunikationsstärke und sicheres Auftreten im Umgang mit Kunden und Partnern

* Freude daran, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und eigene Ideen einzubringen

* Gute IT-Skills (CAD, MS Office, etc.) und ein solides kaufmännisches Verständnis (Kostenrechnung etc.)

* Führerschein Klasse B
