Die Sailer Gebäudetechnik GmbH ist ein Installationsunternehmen mit Sitz in Loipersdorf, Untere Hauptstraße 59.

Unser Einsatzbereich liegt auf dem Gebiet Heizungs-, Lüftungs-, Sanitär-, Klima- und Kältetechnik - größtenteils im Wohnbau. Unser Einsatzgebiet ist im Großraum Wien.

Zur Erweiterung und Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir eine_n motivierte_n und zuverlässige_n 1 Projektleiter_in

zur Unterstützung der Bauleitung.

Ihr Profil:

- Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (Meisterprüfung / FH Gebäudetechnik / HTL Gebäudetechnik)

- Berufserfahrung im HKLS Bereich

- Führerschein B

- Lösungs- und kundenorientierte Denk- und Arbeitsweise

- Schnelle Auffassungsgabe

- Integratives Verständnis für Projektabläufe

- Fachkompetentes Auftreten und professioneller Umgang mit Kunden und Partnern

- Einsatzbereitschaft sowie verlässliche, selbstständige Arbeitsweise

- CAD und MS-Office Kenntnisse von Vorteil

- Teamfähigkeit

Ihre Aufgaben:

- Abwicklung von Projekten im Bereich HKLS-Technik

- Entwurfs- und Ausführungsplanung von HKLS-Projekten

- Erstellen von Berechnungen im HKLS-Bereich

- Dimensionierung von Anlagenkomponenten

- Bearbeitung von Leistungsverzeichnissen

- Umsetzung sowie Koordination mit planungsbeteiligten Gewerken

- Unterstützung der Projektleitung

- Erstellen von Massenauszügen, Bestellunterlagen und Dokumentationen

- Teilnahme an Baubesprechungen

- Bindeglied zwischen Montage und Auftraggeber

Arbeitsort:

- Loipersdorf/Wien

Arbeitsbeginn:

- Ab sofort

Entlohnung:

Das Mindestentgelt für die Stelle als HKLS-Projektleiter*in nach 6 Verwendungsgruppenjahren beträgt € 3.300,16 brutto pro Monat auf Basis Vollzeitbeschäftigung. lt. Kollektivvertrag.

Je nach Qualifikation und beruflicher Erfahrung besteht auch die Bereitschaft einer Überzahlung.
