Für eine Direktanstellung bei unserem renommierten Kunden in der Südweststeiermark suchen wir aktuell eine*n kompetente*n und erfahrene*n Projektleiter*in im Bereich Automatisierung.

In dieser Position verantworten Sie anspruchsvolle Projekte im Bereich Sondermaschinenbau mit Schwerpunkt Automatisierungstechnik für die Elektro- und Elektronikindustrie. Von der ersten Konzeptidee über Machbarkeitsanalysen und Kalkulation bis hin zur Umsetzung, Inbetriebnahme und finalen Abnahme beim Kunden steuern Sie Projekte ganzheitlich über den gesamten Lebenszyklus hinweg. Dabei agieren Sie als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Kunden, internen Fachbereichen und internationalen Lieferanten und stellen Qualität, Termine und Kosten konsequent sicher.

Zeit für eine neue Herausforderung

* Gesamtverantwortung für die Steuerung komplexer Projekte im Sondermaschinen- und Anlagenbau * Entwicklung von technischen Konzepten inkl. Machbarkeitsprüfungen und Plausibilitätsanalysen * Erstellung von Kalkulationen, Angeboten sowie Projekt- und Terminplänen * Steuerung und Überwachung von Kosten, Terminen und Qualitätszielen über alle Projektphasen * Begleitung von Vorabnahmen, Endabnahmen sowie Inbetriebnahmen beim Kunden vor Ort * Koordination aller Projektbeteiligten aus Engineering, Einkauf, Lieferanten und Kundenumfeld * Aktives Projektmonitoring inkl. Reporting und Fortschrittskontrolle * Sicherstellung einer nachhaltigen und partnerschaftlichen Kundenbetreuung

Skills sind der Schlüssel

* Abgeschlossene höhere technische Ausbildung (Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik oder Automatisierungstechnik) * Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Leitung komplexer Industrie- oder Anlagenbauprojekte * Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich Automatisierung, Robotics oder Sondermaschinenbau * Ausgeprägte Führungskompetenz sowie Erfahrung in der Steuerung interdisziplinärer Teams * Starkes analytisches und lösungsorientiertes Denkvermögen * Hohe Genauigkeit, Kostenbewusstsein und strukturierte Arbeitsweise * Sehr gute Kommunikations- und Stakeholder-Management-Fähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch

Für diese Position gilt ein Monatsbruttogehalt von € 4.500 bis € 5.000. Geboten wird von unserem Kunden eine marktkonforme Überzahlung abhängig von Qualifikationen und Erfahrung.
