Deine Aufgaben

* Gesamtverantwortung für die strategische Ausrichtung, Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung mehrerer Projekte im Bereich Bildung und Beschäftigung

* Beratung von Teilnehmer_innen im Einzel- und Gruppensetting

* Fachliche und personelle Führung eines interdisziplinären Teams

* Sicherstellung von Qualität, Effizienz und Wirtschaftlichkeit der Projekte

* Aufbau und Pflege von Kooperationsnetzwerken sowie aktive Akquise neuer Partner_innen

* Enge Abstimmung mit relevanten Stakeholdern und Institutionen

* Verantwortung für die Einhaltung von Dokumentations-, Abrechnungs- und Compliance-Standards

* Impulsgeber_in für Innovation und Weiterentwicklung - mit Mut, Disziplin und Kreativität

Dein Profil

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Sozialbereich

* Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Leitung komplexer Projekte mit sozialem und wirtschaftlichem Fokus

* Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Steuerung von Programmen zur beruflichen Orientierung und Qualifizierung

* Ausgeprägte Leadership-Kompetenz: Fähigkeit, Personal zu führen, zu motivieren und weiterzuentwickeln

* Erfahrung im arbeitsmarktpolitischen Bereich sowie im AMS-Kontext

* Hohe Konfliktfähigkeit, Belastbarkeit und eine lösungsorientierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise

* Bereitschaft zu regionaler Reisetätigkeit, Führerschein B und eigener PKW von Vorteil

* Der Stelle entsprechende EDV-Kenntnisse sowie Erfahrung im Umgang mit Datenbanken

Für die Position gilt ein Mindestgrundgehalt für 38 Wochenstunden (Vollzeit) von 3.809,63€ (KV BABE, VB 6). Je nach anrechenbaren Vordienstzeiten ist die Einstufung in eine höhere Stufe vorgesehen.
