Als Projektleiter/in bei WMS übernehmen Sie eine zentrale Rolle in der Planung und erfolgreichen Umsetzung anspruchsvoller Kundenprojekte:

* Verantwortung für die fachliche und organisatorische Leitung von Projekten im Bereich Industrieanlagen, Instandhaltung, Umwelttechnik und technischer Industrieservices

* Steuerung interner Teams und externer Partner sowie Sicherstellung der Zielerreichung

* Aktive Mitarbeit vor Ort auf Baustellen und bei Kundenprojekten sowie fachliche Unterstützung und Anleitung der operativen Mitarbeiter - insbesondere im Rahmen ihrer Ausbildung und Weiterentwicklung

* Überwachung von Kosten, Terminen und Qualitätsstandards

* Durchführung von Kunden- und Projektbesprechungen sowie regelmäßiges Reporting an die Geschäftsführung

* Kontinuierliche Optimierung von Projektprozessen und -abläufen

Ihr Profil

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (z. B. Metalltechnik, HTL mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung, Maschinenbau oder Anlagenbau) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

* Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Dienstleistungs- oder Industriebereich bzw. in der Instandhaltung

* Fähigkeit, komplexe technische Zusammenhänge zu erfassen und lösungsorientiert zu steuern

* Hohe Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit sowie ausgeprägtes Organisationsgeschick

* Eigenverantwortliche, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise

* Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
