The posting

Ein Haustechnikbetrieb mit sehr gutem Ruf in der Region sucht für den Standort Güssing einen Projektleiter bzw. Techniker (m/w/d) HKLS. Du wirst Teil der HKLS-Projektleitung mit 4 Mitarbeitern. 1 Projektleiter / Techniker (m/w/d) HKLS Arbeitszeit:

* Vollzeit, 38,5 Std./Woche, überwiegend 4 Tage Woche

* Flexibel einteilbar von 08:00 bis 17:30 Uhr, Gleitzeit möglich mit Kernzeit von 08:00 bis 16:00 Uhr

Start: ab sofort

Deine Aufgaben

* Eigenverantwortliche Planung und Durchführung von HKLS-Projekten

* Koordination der Projektabläufe und Sicherstellung der termingerechten Umsetzung

* Kommunikation mit Kunden und Partnern

* Überwachung der Projektbudgets und Ressourcen

* Unterstützung bei der Akquise neuer Projekte

Dein Profil

* Der Tätigkeit entsprechende Deutschkenntnisse

* Abgeschlossene Lehre mit Meisterprüfung im Bereich HKLS bzw. Gebäudetechnik, alternativ HTL, FH-Studium oder vergleichbare technische Qualifikation in diesem Bereich

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Projektleiter im HKLS-Bereich, alternativ als Techniker oder in einer ähnlichen Position

* Bereitschaft, auch auf kleineren Baustellen zu arbeiten und nicht nur auf großen

* Führerschein B

* Bis zu € 5.000 bis € 5.200 brutto/Monat, für absolute Spitzenkräfte mit 10 bis 15 Jahren Erfahrung auch mehr

* Firmenwagen und Diensthandy auch zur Privatnutzung, das spart eigene Fahrzeug- und Handykosten

* Spannende Projekte überwiegend in der Region Güssing
