Sie möchten den digitalen Auftritt der Oberbank aktiv mitgestalten? Dann sind Sie bei uns richtig. Als Projektmanager:in in unserer Gruppe Digital Platforms tragen Sie wesentlich zur Weiterentwicklung unserer digitalen Anwendungen bei. Sie agieren im Rahmen von Projekten als Drehscheibe und Organisator:in zwischen zentralen Fachabteilungen & IT. Nutzen Sie Ihre Chance und werden Sie Teil unseres jungen Teams und treiben Sie gemeinsam mit uns die Digitalisierung voran.

IN DETAIL

* Sie bringen bei der Weiterentwicklung unserer digitalen Plattformen, wie unsere Website und unser Intranet, Ihre persönlichen Erfahrungen und Ideen ein

* Sie planen, koordinieren und moderieren Projektmeetings

* Sie erkennen Optimierungs- und Weiterentwicklungspotenziale auf Basis von Anwenderfeedbacks und treiben die Umsetzung proaktiv voran

* Sie sind von der Analyse bis zur Einführung von neuen Funktionen und Prozessen maßgeblich an der Umsetzung beteiligt

MY CHALLENGE

* Kaufmännische Ausbildung und einschlägige Berufserfahrung oder ein wirtschaftliches bzw. IT-Studium

* Erfahrung im (agilen) Projekt- bzw. Prozessmanagement

* Erfahrungen mit Websites und Content-Management-Systemen von Vorteil

* Sie haben ein Auge für passendes Design, User-Experience und Usability

* IT-Kenntnisse im Bereich HTML, CSS von Vorteil

* Arbeiten im Team macht Ihnen Spaß, Sie sind kommunikativ und handeln eigeninitiativ

* Sie haben eine rasche Auffassungsgabe und denken analytisch sowie lösungsorientiert
