Für unsere Standort in Ansfelden/Linz suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine/n

Projektmanager:in Service HVACR - Oberösterreich und Salzburg 1 Projektmanager:in Service HVACR Ihr Aufgabenfeld:

* Abwicklung von kältetechnischen Projekten im Service für Reparaturen Anlagenumbauten, Retrofit sowie auch von Neuanlagenprojekte für unsere Kunden vorwiegend aus dem Industrie- und Gewerbekältebereich

* Sie übernehmen die Budgetverantwortung sowie Kosten- und Forecast Planung ihrer Projekte und steuern neben der Budgeteinhaltung auch die rechtzeitige Verrechnung und Lieferantenabrechnungen

* Sie sind erster Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden sowie interne Schnittstellen und sorgen durch enge Zusammenarbeit für Transparenz während der gesamten Projektdauer

* Sie koordinieren und unterstützen unseren Servicevertrieb in der Abwicklung von Serviceprojekten

* Sie koordinieren in der Umsetzungsphase den Bauablauf, sind für die Einhaltung des Terminplans, Fristgerechte Materialbeschaffung, Zusammenarbeit mit der Disposition zur Einhaltung des Terminplans in der Abwicklungsphase

Wie werden Sie Ihre Aufgabe angehen:

Sie sind ein:e kommunikative:r Projektleiter:in, der die Nähe zum Kunden und zum Projektteam sucht. Sie machen sich vor Ort ein eigenes Bild über die Fortschritte und tauschen sich regelmäßig mit dem Kollegen und Lieferanten in direkten Gesprächen aus.

In komplexen Situationen bleiben Sie strukturiert und ermöglichen dem Projektteam durch geeignete Mittel (Kommunikation, Charts, etc.) effizient und zielgerichtet arbeiten zu können.

Ihre Qualifikationen:

* Erfahrung im Bereich Kälte, HKLS, Versorgungs- oder Gebäudetechnik, alternativ technische Ausbildung (HTL, Meister, etc.) mit einschlägiger Erfahrung in der Projektabwicklung

* Erfahrung bei Berechnungen/Auslegungen von Kälteanlagen, hydraulischen Rohrnetzsystemen von Vorteil

* Selbständiger, verantwortungsbewusster Arbeitsstil

* Hohe Kundenorientierung

* Unternehmerisches Denken, zahlen Affinität sowie kooperatives Durchsetzungsvermögen

* Sehr gute MS-Office und EDV-Kenntnisse

Für diese Position (Vollzeit 38,5h) ist ein Jahresbruttogehalt ab € 56.000 vorgesehen (Kollektivvertrag Metall Industrie). Eine deutliche Überzahlung ist abhängig von Ihrer Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung.
