Project Manager Pipeline Construction (m/w/d)

Deine Aufgaben als Projektmanager

- Gesamtverantwortung für die erfolgreiche Durchführung des Pipelinebauprojektes – von der Auftragsvergabe bis zur finalen Projektübergabe - Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Sicherheits-, Qualitäts-, Termin- und Budgetvorgaben - Steuerung sämtlicher Projektphasen, einschließlich Engineering, Beschaffung, Bauausführung und Inbetriebnahme - Führung und Steuerung interdisziplinärer Projektteams sowie der Nachunternehmen oder Partnern aus JV / ARGE - Verantwortung für Projektbudget, Terminplanung und Ressourcenmanagement - Sicherstellung der Einhaltung vertraglicher Verpflichtungen und projektspezifischer Anforderungen - Aktives Stakeholder-Management - Identifikation, Bewertung und Steuerung von Projektrisiken - Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von HSE- und Qualitätsmanagementsystemen - Verantwortung für Nachtragsmanagement, Claims, Vertragskorrespondenz etc. - Reporting und Sicherstellung der Erreichung der definierten Projekt- und Profitabilitätsziele

Dein Profil

- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium z.B. als (Bau)Ingenieur), Wirtschaftsingenieur oder in einer vergleichbaren technischen Fachrichtung - idealerweise Zertifzierungen als PMP, PRINCE2, FIDIC, gern auch in HSE / NEBOSH - Erfahrung im Projektmanagement komplexer Bau-, Infrastruktur- oder Energieprojekte, idealerweise im Pipelinebau / Energieinfrastruktur und in ARGE / JV Konstellationen - Ausgeprägte Kenntnisse im Vertrags-, Claim- und kommerziellen Management - Führungserfahrung in internationalen und multidisziplinären Projektorganisationen - Hohe Eigenverantwortung, Entscheidungsstärke und unternehmerisches Denken - Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und pragmatische Arbeitsweise - Deutsch und Englisch Verhandlungssicher

Du kommst nicht aus der Region? Kein Problem: Wir stellen Dir eine möblierte Wohnung in Arbeitsplatznähe zur Verfügung. 2 Heimreisen im Monat bekommst Du bezahlt, vor Ort steht Dir ein Auto zur Verfügung. Durch unseren Arbeitsrhythmus in Rotation hast Du alle 2 Wochen 4 Tage frei.
