Als property manager ontdek je de boeiende wereld van vastgoedbeheer. Je bent volledig zelfstandig verantwoordelijk voor het beheer van een portefeuille gebouwen.

Je hebt klantencontact, gaat ter plaatse en werkt administratief.

De job is super afwisselend, we hebben een jong team en elke dag passeert in een vingerknip.

In deze diverse job zorg je ervoor dat het gebouw in mede-eigendom altijd perfect in orde staat. Dit omvat niet alleen een technisch luik, maar je moet ook juridisch begrijpen wat er gebeurt in een vereniging van mede-eigendom en ook financieel moeten de rekeningen kloppen.

Deze job is een boeiende leerschool waarbij je talloze partijen samenbrengt en aanstuurt. Je fungeert als een spin in het web tussen klanten, eigenaars, aannemers en leveranciers. Je zorgt volledig zelfstandig voor het goed beheer van het gebouw en zorgt ervoor dat je gebouwen in orde staan alsof het je thuis zou zijn!

  • Je beschikt over uitstekende sociale en communicatieve vaardigheden
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken

  • Je beheerst Nederlands en Frans, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling
  • Je bent beschikbaar op korte- of middellange termijn
  • Je hebt een natuurlijke interesse in vastgoed
