Property Manager (technisch) bij Granite REIT De functie Namens Granite Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) zijn wij actief met de werving van een Property Manager. Granite REIT is een internationale vastgoedbelegger met een hoogwaardige portefeuille van logistieke en industriële vastgoedobjecten. Voor de verdere professionalisering en het technisch beheren van de Nederlandse portefeuille zijn wij op zoek naar een gedreven en ervaren technisch Vastgoedprofessional. Als Property Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het dagelijkse technische en operationele beheer van onze logistieke vastgoedportefeuille. Je werkt nauw samen met het Asset Management team en externe partners om de kwaliteit, veiligheid en duurzaamheid van onze objecten te waarborgen. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden - Coördineren en aansturen van het dagelijks onderhoud van de vastgoedportefeuille; - Regelmatig uitvoeren van inspecties en het signaleren van onderhouds- en verbeterpunten; - Beheren van onderhoudscontracten en toezien op naleving van wettelijke verplichtingen, inspecties en keuringen; - Ondersteunen van het Asset Management team bij operationele en technische vraagstukken; - Ondersteunen van het Acquisitieteam tijdens aankooptrajecten, waaronder technische due diligence-processen; - Opstellen en bewaken van jaarlijkse onderhoudsbudgetten en meerjarenonderhoudsplannen (MJOP); - Aansturen en monitoren van externe Property Managers waar van toepassing; - Onderhandelen over en beheren van contracten met leveranciers en dienstverleners; - Signaleren en implementeren van mogelijkheden om de portefeuille verder te verduurzamen. Wie ben jij? - Je beschikt over een afgeronde hbo-opleiding in een bouwkundige, technische of vastgoedgerelateerde richting; - Je hebt minimaal 5 jaar relevante werkervaring in een vergelijkbare functie; - Ervaring met logistiek vastgoed is een sterke pré; - Je beschikt over goede bouwkundige en installatietechnische kennis; - Je werkt...
