Als Proposal Engineer Infrastructuur ben je verantwoordelijk voor het uitwerken van

technisch, commercieel en financieel sterke offertes voor uitdagende infrastructuurprojecten in

België en Europa. Je combineert technische expertise, analytisch inzicht en commerciële feeling

om concurrerende voorstellen uit te werken die bijdragen aan de verdere groei van onze

klant.

Verantwoordelijkheden

• Analyseren van aanbestedingsdocumenten, bestekken, plannen, contractvoorwaarden en

technische dossiers.

• Uitwerken van technisch haalbare en commercieel aantrekkelijke uitvoeringsconcepten.

• Opstellen van kostprijsberekeningen en financiële analyses voor infrastructuurprojecten.

• Samenstellen van volledige aanbestedings- en offertedossiers, inclusief plannen van

aanpak, projectplanningen, referenties en technische nota’s.

• Coördineren van de offertefase en afstemmen met interne en externe stakeholders.

• Opvragen, analyseren en vergelijken van offertes van leveranciers, onderaannemers en

partners.

• Identificeren van risico’s, opportuniteiten en optimalisaties binnen projecten en

aanbestedingen.

• Ondersteunen en actief deelnemen aan commerciële, technische en contractuele

onderhandelingen.

• Samenwerken met directie, projectleiders, engineers en operationele teams om tot de beste

projectoplossingen te komen.

• Actief bijdragen aan het verwerven van uitdagende infrastructuurprojecten binnen

Europa.

• Masterdiploma in een technische of ingenieursrichting (Burgerlijk Ingenieur, Industrieel

Ingenieur of gelijkwaardig door ervaring).

• Minimaal 5 jaar relevante ervaring binnen infrastructuurwerken, engineering,

projectvoorbereiding of tendering.

• Ervaring binnen ondergrondse infrastructuurwerken, nutsleidingen, energie-, water- of

telecomprojecten is een belangrijke troef.

• Sterk analytisch vermogen gecombineerd met technisch inzicht en commerciële feeling.

• Ervaring met kostprijsberekeningen, aanbestedingen en contractdocumenten.

• Goede kennis van het Nederlands, Frans en Engels

• Kennis van Duits is een belangrijke meerwaarde.

• Uitstekende computervaardigheden en vlotte kennis van MS Office; ervaring met

calculatie-, plannings- en tendersoftware is een pluspunt.

• Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en resultaatgericht en weet meerdere deadlines

gelijktijdig te beheren, ook onder tijdsdruk.

• Proactieve teamspeler met sterke communicatieve vaardigheden.

• Woonachtig op redelijke afstand van Temse.
