The posting

  • Prototypes bouwen en aanpassen op basis van technische tekeningen en schetsen.
  • Mechanische onderdelen bewerken, monteren en samenbrengen tot complete testmodellen.
  • Nieuwe producten testen op onder andere werking, montage, slijtage en kwaliteit.
  • Technische aandachtspunten detecteren en praktische verbetervoorstellen formuleren.
  • Nauw samenwerken met ontwerpingenieurs tijdens verschillende ontwikkelingsfasen.
  • Werken met materialen zoals aluminium, hout en kunststof en verschillende bewerkingstechnieken toepassen.
  • Productie, service en andere interne afdelingen ondersteunen bij de introductie van nieuwe producten.
  • Technische opleiding op niveau secundair onderwijs of graduaat binnen mechanica, elektromechanica of een gelijkaardige richting, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Ervaring met mechanische montage, assemblage of productie is een sterke troef.
  • Je kunt technische tekeningen lezen en praktisch vertalen naar een fysieke opbouw.
  • Basiskennis van verspaning, plaatbewerking en mechanische constructies.
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur ook enige kennis van eenvoudige elektrische aansluitingen.
  • Je bent praktisch ingesteld, nauwkeurig en vindt het leuk om zelf oplossingen uit te proberen.
  • Ervaring binnen ramen, deuren, gevelbouw of een technische bouwomgeving is mooi meegenomen.
