Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams am Standort Wels suchen wir 1 Prozessexpert_in - Fokus CRM Deine Aufgaben:

Als CRM-Experte International ist es deine Aufgabe unser CRM-System (Microsoft Dynamics 365) sowohl auf nationaler als auch internationaler Ebene zu betreuen und weiterzuentwickeln.

Gemeinsam mit einem motivierten Team optimierst du Prozesse, treibst innovative Lösungen voran und gestaltest aktiv unsere CRM-System / Prozess-Landschaft mit. Konkret übernimmst du dabei folgende Aufgaben:

* Du analysierst unsere bestehenden CRM-Prozesse und konzeptionierst die laufenden Weiterentwicklungen und Optimierungen, um eine präzise Kundenbetreuung zu gewährleisten

* Du löst die Probleme des operativen Tagesgeschehens (via Jira Ticketsystem)

* Du holst aktiv Feedback von unseren Nahtstellen ein und treibst die Systemoptimierung voran

* Du bist die Schnittstelle zwischen den Anforderungen des Fachbereichs und der technischen Umsetzung

* Du unterstützt das Team bei regelmäßigen Schulungen und Workshops zur Anwendung von CRM und angebundenen Systemen/Schnittstellen

* Du arbeitest an diversen Digitalisierungsprojekten mit

Dein Profil:

* Abgeschlossene höhere kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung (HAK, HTL etc.)

* Mind. 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Prozessoptimierung o.Ä.

* idealerweise Erfahrung im Projektmanagement

* Freude an der Wissensvermittlung

* Ausgeprägtes Verständnis für Prozessabläufe, komplexe Inhalte und Systemlandschaften

* Teamfähigkeit, organisierte Persönlichkeit, selbstständige Arbeitsweise mit hoher Problemlösungs- und Kommunikationskompetenz

* Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Unsere Löhne und Gehälter liegen über dem Kollektivvertrag (KV) der Elektro- und Elektronikindustrie. Die KV-Mindestwerte betragen zwischen € 3.449,08 und € 4.341,59 - mit Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung. Die genaue Höhe hängt von deiner Qualifikation und Erfahrung ab.
