Ein international tätiger Konzern im Bereich Elektro und Gebäudetechnik sucht zur Verstärkung seines Teams im Rahmen einer Vorauswahl 1 Prozessmanager*in (m/w/d) mit Projekterfahrung Du begeisterst dich für Strukturen, digitale Lösungen und die Zusammenarbeit unterschiedlichster Fachbereiche?

Deine Aufgaben

* Du arbeitest gemeinsam mit den ExpertInnen unserer Kundenprojekte an der Weiterentwicklung unserer internen Abläufe.

* Du optimierst Prozesse und begleitest unsere operativen Mitarbeiter*innen bei der Umsetzung und kontinuierlichen Verbesserung.

* Du unterstützt unsere operativen Projektteammitglieder bei Fragen zu internen Systemen und Tools und entwickelst diese weiter.

* Du organisierst und moderierst Informationsveranstaltungen und Workshops für kleinere und größere Teams.

* Du bist Teil des Wissensmanagements und kommunizierst Standort-übergreifend mit Mitarbeiter*innen und Führungskräften.

Dein Profil

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Elektrotechnik oder Prozessmanagement

* Idealerweise Erfahrung im Projektmanagement

* Kompetenz bei Prozessen / KVP-Methoden und hohe IT-Affinität (sehr gute Microsoft Office-Kenntnisse)

* Kenntnisse und/oder Erfahrungen im Bereich der Elektrotechnik

* Unternehmerisches Denken und strukturierte, problemlösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Ein markt- und leistungsgerechtes Einkommen ab EUR 45.000,-- brutto pro Jahr auf Vollzeitbasis. Das Einkommen ist abhängig von deiner Qualifikation und Erfahrung, welches wir im Zuge der Bewerbungsgespräche gemeinsam festlegen.
